Payment Methods We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa. Personal or business check accepted, please allow 7 days to clear. Business accounts can be set up on credit approval.  

Order Time Frames If the item(s) ordered are in stock, they will be shipped within 72 hours. Because it isn't possible to stock every item in every finish, we might need to order from the manufacturer. Time frames vary. Note: At the time of order, we provide you with as accurate an ETA date as possible. The estimated dates of arrival are based on our experiences and information that the manufacturers provide. Naturally, we will let you know if the time frame varies very much from the original estimate.

Shipping Information The most cost effective method to send your purchases is the standard shipping method. We select the freight carrier best suited to the merchandise being sent. Delivery will be curbside at the street level at the address noted. Free shipping on all rugs purchased from us!

Partial Shipments We attempt to always ship orders complete. If requested, we can provide partial shipments of your order. In this case, shipping fees would be calculated as individual orders with minimums applied.  

Freight Damage Items damaged in transit are covered by freight carrier. Procedures for freight damage claims vary from carrier to carrier. With each shipment, instructions will be included detailing what to do in case of problems. Whenever possible, Dynasty Rug will assist with freight damage claims.  

Our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your Dynasty Rug purchases. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase simply return it to us within 30 days and we will refund your money or give you a store credit.  

Returns Returns must be by prior authorization and accompanied with proof of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in like new sellable condition.
